CrossFit am Rhein

Ein Mix aus guten und qualifizierten Trainern, einer überragend ausgestatteten Box und netten membern macht diese Box zu einer der besten, die ich kenne. Es lohnt sich vorbeizukommen und mitzutrainieren.

Nicht nur, dass es meine Familie ist... ich könnte hier soooo viele schöne Sachen schreiben, aber über die eigene Box geht das nicht so gut :-) Wenn Düsseldorf, dann zu Goran...
Sauber, Groß, Familiär, alles ist dabei. Und eine freie Fitnessfläche hat diese Box auch noch :-)

CrossFit am Rhein is the place where I started my CrossFit career. It has grown a lot in the last years, but I still love this place and the Community.
I try to visit them regularly to hang out with some old friends.
The Coaching is great and they have some very experienced and good lifters in the Box.

Training at 'CrossFit am Rhein' is like doing a workout with your family.
The equipment is really professional, the trainers know how to teach and everyone is really friendly.
The best at CFaR - you can drink a really delicious protein shake at the bar!!
